The Director-General, National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, Modibbo Kawu, says the social media remains the biggest source of incitement and distribution of unsubstantiated crudely insensitive reports in the country.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Mr. Kawu spoke in Sokoto on Tuesday at the opening of a two-day National Conference of Catholic Social and Communication Directors.
