Canon has added more UK companies to its patent infringement actions.
Canon continues to assert its intellectual property (IP) in Europe and filed another patent infringement action in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales. The OEM named Badger Office Supplies Limited, Inkjet Direct Limited, and Greentrees International Limited in its most recent filing, which is the second complaint filed with the High Court in as many months.
