I know what you're thinking, "oh just another RUSE leech". But don't be mistaken, Evolved has been under development for months by a dedicated development team. Using the RUSE source, the server is heading in a new direction with more unique content being added by the day. We have a slowly growing player base but are looking to build a stable community with the right players, and ultimately looking for staff to join the team to help out when the server grows. Hello everyone!
This is a big update with new systems and interfaces, as show below.
Server
Added Correct Level to to defenders
Wizard boots now have the correct stat's bonus
Added TeleTabs & Added in Runes shop
Buffed Bork
You can now cook & eat ( BEEF, RAT, BEAR, CHICKEN and RABBIT Meat )
Fixed a bug with dwarf cannon out while you prestige
Added Sandwich Lady ( To Stop Afk at star and Thieving )
Reduced the amount of stardust from crashed star
Added ::Thread command
Added Trivia system + points and two shops.
you can now right click on bank to get to grand exchange
Fixed a Bug with Bank Pin
Changed Donator NPC
Fixed Giveitem command
Added two staff commands , Value and Cachineco ( Fully Working )
Added Working Pets
The Max cape and Completionist cape with act at the Ava's accumulator
Fixed problem with shop re-stocks
Removed Mime Items from Loyalty points shop & And added them to Trivia shop

Have improved the commands for staff

To disable this go to Quest Tab and you will see a toggle there.

Npcs who are dragged far out their home areas stop auto retaliate
When changing weapons, attack styles would sometimes mess up
Summoning Improvements
Freeze spells prevented players location from updating
Multi-spells attacking targets who should not be attacked

Completely new Combat System
- Eating timers reduced by 0.2 seconds (200 ms)
- Equipment switching has had a small change
You will now get 15 Commendations in PestControl <--- Player Request
Fancy Clothing Store is now a Loyalty Points Shop <--- Player Request
Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members do not need kill count in god wars to get to boss

You now need to have 92 Firemaking to use Inferno Adze

The money which you start with in dungeoneering has been doubled.

Removed all bars from mining store & reduce amount of ores he sells
Reduce amount of logs he sells at firemaking store
You can now sell noted items to the thieving shop for the same value
Ironman modes information button in game, now goes to the correct thread.
Voting scrolls now have a set value of 1mill, and can now be sold in the grand exchange.
Dragon Med Helm, now requires 60 Defence to equip
Rune Throwing axes now require 40 range to use.
Farseer & Eagle-Eye shields have been added to the Dungeoneering Store.
Saradomin / Zammy / Guthix armours now require 40 defence to equip.
Saradomin / Zammy / Guthix staffs now require 60 magic to equip.
