If you want to close your account on Envato, a marketplace and community for creative people, you’ll see in this manual that you can only do that by contacting the customer support team.
We’ll continue this article, demonstrating what you need to do exactly. I’ll show you some pictures below on how I managed to permanently remove my profile using a desktop computer.
To delete your account, you need to send a message using the Envato Help Center:
1 Go to https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2 Scroll down and fill in the form like we demonstrate below => Submit
Let’s get specific: Account > My question is not listed here
Subject: Request to delete my Envato account
Name, username & email address
Description (example):
Dear Envato support team,
I have an account on envato.com, but I would like to delete it because I’ve stopped using it.
Username: (fill it in here)
Associated email address: (fill it in here)
Can you please remove this account?
Kind regards,
(fill in your name)
3 A message will appear: Your request was successfully submitted

You’ll receive an answer from the Envato market help team.
They will warn you that the removal of an account is irreversible and all items in the account will be lost.
All you need to do now to complete the closure, is reply to their email that you’re sure that you want to remove your account. Once you’ve done that, they’ll remove it.
