Chef Imoteda of Heels In the Kitchen has been on the maiden edition of The Nigerian Fusion Food Tour aimed at elevating the Nigerian cuisine beyond its current levels and ultimately set it on its journey to positions on Michelin Guides and its likes. The tour successfully kicked off in Abuja, Nigeria on October 30 and has made its way to its first international city, London on November 6. Accompanied by Chef Fregz, Chef Imoteda, is now in the United States, which features the next stops of the tour in Baltimore (November 11) and Chicago (November 13) this weekend!
