Ok, I couldn't help myself.  Look at these great vintage silk scarves I found on e-bay in all of ten minutes (there are quite a few good ones!)

Have any of you experimented with wearing a head scarf like this in the last bit?  I know a few of you have.  So fun, right?  I think it's the perfect accessory right now, when we can't bear to look at wool anymore.

And here are a few more beautiful scarves I've been noticing out there.  I can't help but keep my eyes peeled for them these days...

1.  The "Un-tourist Scarf" by illustrator/designer Emily McDowell.  Hello, Palm Springs!  Vintage inspired, available on Etsy.  (see here for other cities).  A fun sidenote:  At an Alt Summit dinner, I got to sit next to Emily.  She's crazy talented.  And she has illustrated a whole series of prints for Design Mom.  So cool.  Of course I love this one.  (I'm also secretly hoping she'll create a scarf for Brooklyn.)

2.  Crossword Scarf by Madewell.  LOVE this vintage inspired crossword.  And do you see the secret messages spelled out?  So cute.

3. Cityblock Scarf by Madewell.  Oh, dear New York.  Of course I LOVE this.  It would have been very helpful to me when I first moved to New York!  (I used to lay in bed and study the map.  :)

4.  Tearose Scarf by Madewell.  So, so pretty.  OK, I really am such a sucker - I am LOVING all the florals this spring.

5.  Citybridge Scarf by Madewell.  I guess I just can't pass up these New York scarves.  Can you blame me?

6.  Pop Silk Scarf by Kate Spade.  Love this scarf.  So great.  Someday I need to tell you about a baby shower some friends and I threw for my friend, Abby.  Soda pop, popcorn, and Pop Burgers anyone?  :)

Any delightful new items or style ideas you're excited about for spring?  I have a few things to recommend over the next bit.  I don't always have anything up my sleeve.  But right now I guess I'm just way too excited about changing things up (I also need a haircut.  That is not helping!  :)

Hope you have a lovely day!
