The World Trademark Review has released its annual legal directory, WTR 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals.
DibbsBarker has again been recognised, noted for its “laser-focused advice” and “commercial pragmatism.” The firm was ranked in both the ‘Prosecution and Strategy’ and ‘Enforcement and Litigation’ categories.
Individually, three of our partners were recognised as leaders in their fields. Stuart Green, ranked in ‘Prosecution & Strategy’, was noted for his “impressive business acumen and industry knowledge.” Melissa McGrath and Scott Sloan were both ranked in the ‘Enforcement and Litigation’ category. Melissa was commended for her flair for managing the rights of life sciences and biotechnology companies, while Scott was recognised as a key player on contentious briefs, noted particularly for his “strong technical knowledge” and “practical business approach.”
Now in its seventh edition, WTR 1000 is an annual research directory focusing exclusively on trade mark practices and practitioners.
