Indian film industry’s legendry star Amitabh Bachchan who received huge praise for his every act as recently appeared Shoojit Sircar’s comedy-drama ‘Piku’ by playing a hypochondriac father role.



After that in Bhoothnath supernatural hero character, will be seen as cartoon hero in an animated Astra Forces Series.

It reports are to be believed so the veteran Indian actor has signed agreement with Graphic India, Disney to play a superhero role in an animated series “Astra Force” which will be televised on Disney Channel in India.

The 72-year-old Bachchan will be seen as cartoon star in forthcoming 52-episode TV series and expected to win hearts of million children who love to see Big B as super hero.

After performing on Kaun Banega Crorepati, Mr. Big B decided to work for children cartoon series and will work hard to entertain the kids.

According to Indian media accounts, the series is about a

“mythical superhero stranded on earth after an epic space battle and a pair of eight-year-old twins who hide him from their parents, teach him about video games and ice cream, and join him to save the universe from a new wave of giant monsters and intergalactic threats.”



We have heard Bachchan’s voice on previous character of Bhishma Pitamah in ‘Mahabharat’ (2013), animated venture, its story revolves around the Hindu mythological epic.

Mr. Bachchan once again accepted the challenge to rock on small screens to work for children as he tells that he loves kids because they take him to Big B’s childhood memories which were golden days for him.

Disney Channel has revealed that the series comes with lots of laughter, lots of fun, fast-paced, full of action, adventure and thrills which would be children’s one of the best animated series on small screen.
