Happy New Year friend!

If you made a goal or resolution to spend less on groceries and staying organized around mealtime, I am here to help!!! The latest meal plan in the 20 Meals from Costco for $150 series is exactly what you need to jump start this new year and reach your goals!

The 6th plan is another ‘Slow Cooker Freezer Pack’ plan with a set of brand new recipes. I have pulled together a fantastic list of recipes for this plan and they can all be assembled into packs that you can freeze and quickly thaw and dump into the slow cooker. There’s no need to worry about what’s for dinner when you’ve got these goodies stashed in the freezer! {Can I get an AMEN?!}

In addition to the regular shopping list, recipe list and assembly/video instructions for the plan, we’ve also included a special notes section about the ingredients and how to make stretch your budget with the different ingredient options!

AND.

We have included Gluten Free modifications to each of the recipes.

AND.

We have included Whole30 & Paleo modifications to each of the recipes too.

And now, are you ready for the twist?!

After reading thousands of comments and emails last year, we thought it would be helpful to break down the meal plan by type of meat so that you can take advantage of the meat sales at your local grocery stores. My hope is that you will spend significantly less than $150 on all the meals when you shop the meat sales at your local stores. So…

Introducing the ’20 Meals from ANY GROCERY STORE for $???’ plan!

I say ??? because, that’s up to you! You shop the sales and I bet you can put all these meals together for closer to $100! If you are interested in learning more about how the any grocery store plan works, you can find out here.

For those of you interested in the Costco version of the plan, carry on…

You can expect the same great shopping list, recipes list, printable labels, assembly instructions and access to exclusive video of yours truly assembling all the meals. {It only took me a little over 2 hours to get them all together and into the freezer…and you can watch the video of the assembly process so you don’t feel alone in your efforts!}

We have a Complete Package & a Basic Package for you to purchase. The Basic contains just the recipes and shopping list; where as the Complete contains the recipes, shopping list along with assembly instructions, access to video of me assembling the meals and a new special notes section that you’ll want to read before you go shopping.

Each pack in this plan is DOUBLED, so these 10 meals make 20 packs total! Each pack serves a family of 4. Frozen corn or canned corn $3

Frozen veggies $3

2 cans black beans $2.50

Bouillon $3

1-2 lb. pasta $2

Lots of maple syrup $10

Estimated Cost After Leftovers $160.41

Before you jump on my case about this being $160…read on! I decided to include a quite expensive beef roast meal on this list because…BEEF ROAST. YUM! They are great as slow cooker freezer packs and are a nice treat! You could reduce the total cost by getting a smaller beef roast, or substituting stew beef for the beef roast. Also, keep an eye out for the smaller packages of the meat if you don’t need the full 1-2 lbs. per meal of meat. And please note the few different variations of ingredients included…go with what works best for you and your family. For us, I went with the cheaper options of the bouillon and frozen corn. You could also cook some pasta and toss it with some bean and veggies to make a few more meals to make up for the $10 difference! Plus, if you get creative with the leftover ingreidents, you might be able to get another meal or two out of them

{There are a variety of additional items you’ll need to have stocked in your pantry or purchase at the grocery store like spices, butter, , milk, etc.  All of these items are too expensive to purchase at Costco or come in way bigger containers than needed for these 20 meals. The shopping list in the printables includes all of the ingredients you’ll need to have on hand and purchase from Costco.}

One of the most challenging parts to pulling together a large number of meals like this at once is knowing what to do first, next, then and last. I’ve created several new printables and instructional videos that will actually make the assembly as smooth and quick as possible for you. Seriously, I might have done a celebratory dance when I finished the assembly…and you will want to as well!  This package includes…
