Every week I will post 5 links to archived recipes, plus an additional 1 or 2 recipes for breakfast, snacks or batch cooking recipes. You can click through to see the original recipe and print that recipe if you like. (Or go green and just come back to this post to get to the recipe.)
Well y’all…we’re back to our older format…and I have ideas and plans to change it again…eventually. But for now, this works! Please find the recipe links and shopping list below…happy meal planning and cooking!

Scroll down and you’ll see a list of ingredients for each of the recipes included, in the order they are listed above. I’ll include ALL ingredients, including many that you already have in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. If you have those ingredients, just don’t click them!

Grilled Hawaiian Pizza
Store bought or homemade pizza dough
Olive oil for brushing
1/2 fresh pineapple
1 cup store bought or homemade pizza sauce
2 cups cooked and diced ham
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Twice Baked Grilled Potatoes
8 baking potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
Shredded cheese, whatever variety you prefer
Chives, for garnish
Chorizo & Egg Breakfast Tacos
1 lb. Chorizo Mexican sausage (mild Italian sausage will do too)
10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup salsa
Tabasco sauce, optional
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
24 soft taco or fajita size tortillas
Ranch Chicken & Potatoes Casserole
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
about 3 lbs potatoes
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dill
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder or minced onion
1 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, depending on how cheesy you want them
3 slices bacon
Optional toppings – green onions, chives, sour cream
Linguini with Creamy Tomato Sauce
1 lb. linguini pasta noodles, or other favorite pasta
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves fresh garlic)
3-4 oz. goat cheese
Side Dish – roasted asparagus or small side salad or other veggies
Quiche Biscuit Cups
Biscuit Cups
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup milk
Filling
1 bunch green onions
6 slices turkey bacon
8 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
Handful shredded cheese
Serve with smoothies or fresh fruit
Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies
1 store-bought brownie mix (or your favorite homemade batter, like this one without the cashews or caramels)
16 dollops of chocolate-hazelnut spread
1 cup of chocolate chips
