We are looking at hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead the recruitment organisation across China, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. The position will directly report into the VP and Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in London, UK. The role would comprise of influencing, mentoring, running volume and leadership hiring by partnering with Geography & Global Business heads at EPAM.

The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore, would be expected to travel across APAC and occasionally in Eastern European countries.

Requirements:

Good market and networks in APAC, with special reference to Singapore, China, HK and Australia;

Suitable applicants should have the ability to do hands on hiring for leadership positions;

Worked and built large scale recruitment teams;

Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;

Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering markets;

8 to 12 years of progressive Talent acquisition experience;

Expert knowledge of recruitment focused digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques;

Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team of direct reports is desired;

Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and surpass hiring goals;

Must have excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, high volume, fast-paced environment;

Have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Trusted partner with the Senior Leadership members on resource/sourcing issues, developing and implementing innovative programs and align with corporate processes;

Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders;

Engage and collaborate with all internal business and identify opportunities and barriers to delivering business results and adjust regional recruitment strategy accordingly;

Develop leading edge and creative recruitment methods;

Develop and lead presentations on the current state of talent acquisition, what has been accomplished and the strategy going forward;

Design and direct recruiting strategies in alignment with workforce planning;

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees and advise the business leaders on industry trends, issues, etc.;

Provide direction for all regional recruitment programs and manage local and offshore teams. Potentially set up an in house TA team of 10 to 15 members in a FY;

Run an efficient and effective recruitment delivery and drive the transformation of the TA function as part of the Global TA Transformation strategy;

Be a key member working with the entire global TA Leadership team to develop best in class processes, programs and tools to help EPAM recruit and internally move, the best talent in the industry;

Participate and develop a mechanism for effectively writing job descriptions, sourcing strategies, validating applications and conducting interviews in timely manner;

Directly responsible for Leadership hiring (Sales, Consulting and Senior Technical workforce) for the European geographies;

Lead, mentor and coach the existing TA team aligned to Europe. The team comprises of onsite and offshore teams with varied experience levels;

Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates for leadership levels;

Introduce online sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and Job Portals for Technical and Engineering positions;

Build and establish processes and tools to drive superior recruitment KPI’s such as time to hire, effective source mix, salary alignment cost per hire, etc.
