My day usually goes 2 ways. 1. I eat healthy or 2. I don't eat healthy. It really is that simple. It is not always simple to eat healthy but I work at it everyday. This Healthy Flat Bread Veggie Pizza is loaded with Veggies and has about 250 calories in it. It also tastes delicious! Happy (Healthy) Eating!

Healthy Flat Bread Veggie Pizza
serves 3

Ingredients:

3 Flatout Thin Crust Bread

1 zucchini, sliced very thin

1/4 of on onion, chopped into small pieces

3 artichoke hearts, chopped

3/4 cup of spinach

1 cup of  tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup of pizza sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degress.

In a baking sheet place 3 of your Flatout bread on your cookie sheet. Spoon some pizza sauce on each of the flat bread pieces. Next add your cheese (I only added a little bit of cheese), spinach, zucchini, onion, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. You can add other veggies too if you want!

Stick it in the oven and cook it for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is starting to brown.

Take it out, slice, and eat! My husband actually rolled his up and ate it that way. Both ways are delicious!
