The grand opening is set for November 20 at 10 a.m. The ceremony will include a ribbon-cutting with Steven B. Tanger, Governor Phil Bryant, other state and local officials and Chip and Joanna Gaines from the HGTV show “Fixer Upper.”
The whole weekend will feature giveaways, festivities, fireworks and a holiday music festival. The weekend will also benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The new shopping center is located at the Northeast quadrant of I-69/55 and Church Road.
