With nearly 4,000 Chivers in attendance, theCHIVE’s inaugural ChiveFest Dallas rocked Southfork Ranch this past weekend. Nothing short of extraordinary, the lineup included performances by Jack Owen accompanied by Julian Casablancas + The Voidz, John Butler Trio, Manchester Orchestra, Dallas Smith, Max and the Moon, Thieving Birds, and Emily Wolfe.
Along with two stages of music, Chivers got a chance to participate in a world-class Halloween costume contest. The audience was awed by a Nostalgia Tent which featured a life-sized game of Operation, oversized ostriches, blimps, fireworks, Chivettes, and enough glowing green to make ChiveFest Dallas visible from space. theCHIVE’s own, Resignation Brewery poured the elusive KCCO Black Lager and the previously unreleased Gold Lager exclusively available during Chive Fest.
ChiveFest Dallas was the fourth and final stop of the four-city tour that also included Chicago on Saturday June 28th, Seattle on Saturday July 12th, and Denver Saturday August 16th.
