The 30A Company announced an exclusive partnership with TripShock to launch a new online booking engine to promote activities, tours and hotels in South Walton.
“There are so many fun things to do here on 30A, but learning about all of them can be a challenge for visitors,” said 30A’s Mike Ragsdale. “The new ’30A Tours’ platform will enable us to connect millions of 30A fans directly with businesses that offer high-quality tours and activities.”
The new booking site will launch this fall and will feature instant online reservations for fishing charters, eco tours, concert and event tickets, hotel rooms, surf camps, board and bike rentals, beach bonfires, airport transportation, horseback riding, cooking classes, beach photography sessions, dinner cruises, painting classes, golf reservations, snorkeling excursions, dolphin tours and much more.
“Best of all, local businesses won’t pay any fee to participate,” said Ragsdale. “They’ll only pay a commission when a tour is actually booked through the 30A Tours website.”
TripShock.com will power the new 30A Tours booking engine and will provide account support for participating partners.
“Listings in each 30A Tours category will be limited to just five partners,” said TripShock CEO Greg Fisher. “We limit the number of companies in each category so that we can drive high-quality bookings to participating businesses every day.”
Ragsdale said that the new booking engine will be hosted at 30Atours.com but will also be integrated across the entire 30A network, including 30A.com, SouthWalton.com, 30A’s mobile apps, and on sites such as 30Ahotels.com and 30Afishingcharters.com.
“Any time visitors are using one of our 30A websites to learn about a local event or activity, they’ll be given the opportunity to instantly make reservations online,” said Ragsdale. “30A Tours will be the definitive source for fun activities that guests can enjoy while here on vacation.”
