Another day, another ‘mass-shooter’ or so media would have you believe these days…

There’s been a series of apparent mass-shooting attacks cascading across the country as of late and the most recent high-profile incident is said to have taken place in Lafayette, Louisiana.

According to officials, the incident took place at the Grand 16 movie theater in Lafayette the identity of the apparent shooter was 59 year-old John Russell (Rusty) Houser, whose last known home address was in Phenix City, Alabama, having lived there between 2005-2014.

Houser was said to have died from a single self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head after reportedly attempting to flee the scene by ‘blending’ into the crowd, as panicked patrons rushed towards the exit following the incident. Official accounts of the story suggested the shooter was driven back into the theater before police discovered him.

Law enforcement officials were in the parking lot almost immediately following incident, while a crowd of moviegoers fled the theater after the shooting.

According to authorities, on July 23rd, about 20 minutes into the 7:10 p.m. screening of the comedy film Trainwreck, a shooting occurred without a clear motive, as an apparent getaway vehicle was discovered just outside the theater.

In a bizarre twist, the theater shooting in Lafayette happened just three days after the three year anniversary of the Aurora theater shooting. The highly theatrical shooting involved neuroscience major James Holmes, who apparently opened fire at a 2012 screening of The Dark Knight, injuring 70 in the process and killing another 12.

On July 16, 2015, Holmes was convicted on twenty-four counts of first-degree murder, 140 counts of attempted first-degree murder, one count of possessing explosives, for his role in the dramatic Aurora theater shooting.

It should be mentioned that the Aurora theater shooting linked to Holmes has been shown to have a variety of anomalies associated with the crime scene itself. When considering the suspicious police audio and eyewitnesses accounts of multiple shooters, along with over $20,000 dollars worth of military gear being found in Holmes’ possession, many question whether the shooting was a solitary act.

Corporate media has worked long and hard to polarize the public through its distortion of a shooter’s persona in the aftermath of violent a episode. Very often that ‘persona’ is used as a way to psychologically redirect the populace over inflammatory political issues such as gun legislation and other social concerns.

Events like Lafayette, along with other mass-shootings, become a jagged catalyst, ushering in new protocols for both security and medical fields – giving one the impression there are quite a few business opportunities to be had in the wake of tragedy.

Lafayette Theater Shooting

Reports state that Houser took the lives of two women, one 21-year-old Mayci Breaux of Franklin, Louisiana, a budding radiology student who worked at a clothing store as well as local musician, 33-year-old Lafayette resident Jillian Johnson.

Breaux reportedly sat next to her longtime boyfriend Matthew Rodriguez, who was apparently shot in the chest during the incident, though his injuries were not critical according to authorities.

Houser reportedly shot both Breaux and Johnson in the row directly in front of him after he purchased a ticket to watch the film.

Below is security camera footage capturing Houser before entering the theater…

All told, three were found dead (including the shooter) as nine others were transported to three different local hospitals for their injuries.

Conflicting Accounts

Accounts of the incident believe that 25 people were in the theater at the time of the shooting. Early reports of the shooting, stated that as many as 100 were at the screening. Other reports say there were 300 people “fleeing”. According to The Daily Advertiser in Lafayette, another eyewitness, Katie Domingue said, “He wasn’t saying anything.” And that “I didn’t hear anybody screaming either.”

Reportedly, there were two teachers who helped save one another during the incident, resulting in the fire alarm pulled at the scene. According to US Congressional record, the incident was described as the following:

“Senator (Bill)Cassidy in recognizing and thanking the heroic actions of those two teachers from Jeanerette High School in Iberia Parish, Jena Meaux and Ali Martin. According to several reports, Ali jumped in front of Jena to shield her from the shooting, very likely saving her life; it caused the bullet to hit Jena’s leg instead of Ali’s head. Ali was shot in the leg in the process. Despite her injuries, Jena courageously pulled the fire alarm, alerting the whole movie theater and certainly saving lives. So we pay tribute and remember them as well.”

“We also pause and remember and continue praying for the recovery of nine other individuals who were wounded in that horrible incident: I mentioned Matthew Rodriguez, the boyfriend of Mayci Breaux; Morgan Julia Egedahl; Dwight “Bo” Ramsey and his wife Jerry – cousins of Congressman Boustany, by the way, and good friends of mine and Senator Cassidy’s; Ali Viator Martin, an English teacher at Jeanerette Senior High School, and Jena Legnon Meaux, whom I mentioned as true heroes in this incident.”

Wounded: Oil executive Dwight Ramsey and his wife Jerry.

Based on the information above, there appears to be a political connection to some of the victims from the Lafayette shooting.

It turns out that during the Trainwreck screening at the Grand theater, Dwight Ramsey, a prominent oil man, was shot multiple times, while his wife Jerry Ramsey was grazed with a bullet. The couple are co-owners of oil services firm, Aries Marine Corp. Jerry is the cousin of Congressman Charles Boustany, Jr.

Another important observation made when looking at the various people linked to this shooting, was that Acadian Ambulance was a contributor ($16,500) to Boustany’s election campaign. Additionally, Boustany (a former cardiovascular surgeon) received $367,850 from undisclosed health professionals, along with $131,740 from health services and 118,800 contributed from pharmaceutical companies.

All and all, the health related funds for Boustany’s campaign totaled $618,390.

At the moment, there is still no credible motive for the crime…

According to reports, “Col. Mike Edmonson, superintendent of Louisiana State Police, said a total of 13 shots were fired. He added a .40 caliber handgun was found at the scene. Lafayette Police Chief Jim Craft said 12 ambulances were at the scene within six minutes.”

The report goes on to provide some background information about Houser and the crime scene at the Lafayette theater:

“Officials with Louisiana State Police said the bomb squad cleared the theater and CSI collected evidence to try and piece together information to determine why this happened. Authorities said crime scene technicians worked through the night, describing the scene as “pretty horrific.” Investigators are trying to trace the gunman’s steps for the past few days and their main focus right now is to gather the evidence. They said his record showed he was arrested on an arson charge and a misdemeanor about 10 or 15 years ago.”

As reports rushed in, there were significant details altered in terms of ballistics at the scene, as reported by CNN:

“Houser stood up Thursday evening in the theater where the comedy “Trainwreck” was showing and fired off one 10-round clip, Lafayette Police Chief Jim Craft said at a press conference.

“This was slow and methodical,” Gov. Bobby Jindal said. “This was not a single burst.”

Houser left the theater through a side door and headed toward his car, a 1995 Lincoln, but saw a police cruiser arrive in the parking lot, Craft said.

Houser, 59, reloaded his handgun, reentered the theater and fired three more rounds, Craft said.

Then Houser, a law school graduate with a history of mental problems, fatally shot himself in the head, Craft said.

“Out of 20 rounds he shot 11 people, but some people suffered multiple wounds,” Craft said. “One person was shot four times.”

How was it possible for Houser shoot so many victims, considering he shot some multiple times?

Additionally, Houser’s accuracy seems a bit uncanny, having shot 11 of the 20 or so people within the theater in such short period of time, even if his gun was equipped with a laser sight.

Fifteen shell casings were said to be recovered from the scene.

In between 10pm and 11pm, at ‘suspicious package’ is reported and the bomb squad is called in.

Houser has been described as a ‘drifter’ by police, with no known ties to the Lafayette area, with an apparent history of mental illness, who, according to SPLC, held ‘radical’ views – but is this the whole story?

Prior to apparently opening fire on patrons at the Grand 16 theater, Houser had spent the ‘final weeks’ of his life at a pay-by-week motel 6. According to mainstream reports, a motel worker who preferred to not release his name, claimed he did not observe Houser to be a violent individual during the time he spent at the motel, stating, “He was very nice to everybody.”

Additional details state that Houser recently borrowed $5,000 from his mother, as confirmed by Louisiana State Police Col. Michael Edmonson.

Strangely, Houser’s motel room was also said to have had various ‘disguises’ left on location.

Painting a Picture

Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor stated Houser was denied a pistol permit in 2006 and was served eviction papers March 25, 2014. Despite Houser’s apparent mental history he obtained a firearm at a pawn shop in Phenix City. According to authorities, Houser’s mental records were expunged after 5 years, he was then able to legally purchase a gun. In the same report we’re told that, “Federal law enforcement officials said the state is the only one that expunges the information after five years.”

Over the years, a somewhat conflicting portrait has emerged concerning Houser, as Houser’s obtained a professional background in law and accounting, prior to being charged in an arson plot involving a police informant.

According to WRBL:

“In 1989, Houser was indicted on an arson charge.  Former Columbus attorney John Swearingen said Houser tried to hire a man to burn down his law office.

Swearingen said the man Houser tried to hire was a police informant who told police of Houser’s request.  He said police wired the informant information during a meeting he had with Houser to discuss specifics of the plan.”

Swearingen added that (Houser) would: “Talk about the payment and how he would pay it and what he wanted and that’s when he came and said well don’t hurt anybody. I don’t want anybody killed, but if Swearingen dies, it wouldn’t bother me,” Swearingen told News Three.”

Swearingen also stated that he represented a movie theater owner charged with the possession of pornography during the time Houser plotted to burn down his office. Shockingly, local reports state that the case was eventually dismissed.

Additional background info reveals that in 2005, Houser’s former wife Kellie Houser, filed a domestic violence complaint. However, the complaint was never pursued legally.

Additionally, Houser’s mental state was put into question following a fallout with family after apparently making threats.

The Daily Mail reports that in April of 2008, a “Probate judge agrees to request by Houser’s wife, daughter and others for an involuntary mental commitment, claiming Houser is a danger to himself and others, has a history of manic depression and bi-polar disorder, and has committed family violence.”

Houser was ordered to stay away from family, and he was “involuntarily committed to West Central Regional Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. It’s unclear how long he remains there.”

In late 2012, Houser reportedly separated from his wife and was evicted from his property in March of 2014. In the process, he supposedly destroyed his former property. However, no charges were filed in by the new owner of the house, Norman Bone, who had known Houser for 20-25 years. Houser was said to have poured concrete down the plumbing, spilled paint throughout the house, destroyed fixtures as well as placing dead fish in the vent system.

It’s hard to believe that Bone wouldn’t have filed charges given the amount of the damage to the Phenix City property – once again, Houser evades a legal fallout.

Journals, Manifestos & Crisis Actors

The Lafayette theater shooting comes on the heels of two highly suspicious shooting events, one in Chattanooga, Tennessee and a heavily propagandized shooting incident in Charleston, South Carolina, supposedly at the hands of 21 year-old Dylann Storm Roof.

Authorities state that Houser left a journal in his motel room that might reveal clues about his motive. We’ve seen a lot of stock put into these apparent ‘bread crumbs’ left by those suspected of carrying out a mass-shooting. Just recently, the FBI found a suspicious manifesto found on a website linked said to be linked to Roof.

As previously reported this past week by 21WIRE, a US Marine Corps recruiting office in a strip mall and Navy Operational Support Center in Chattanooga, became the apparent target of alleged gunman  Mohammad Youssuf Abdulazeez, a 24 year-old engineering graduate who was killed by police after claiming the lives of 5 victims at the scene.

On the surface Chattanooga appears to have little in common with the Lafayette incident. However, what it does do is create another parallel fear and control based narrative in terms of perceived radicalism in America.

Whether its ‘grafting’ an overseas terror based story line onto an individual or taking the concept of a rogue patriot-like persona and also attaching that to a ‘lone wolf’ attack scenario, we see a twin-like assault on the masses, one that could potentially confuse people into giving up their civil liberties. This concept was illustrated in the recent Chattanooga combo report at 21WIRE by Patrick Henningsen and Jay Dyer:

“Mainstream media has aided in crafting the post hoc guilt verdict of the accused, prior to a trial, with circumstantial or non sequitur accusations based on an individual’s “web history” that may have “radicalized” the suspect.  In effect, the mainstream media’s function as an establishment propaganda arm results in the bypassing of any trial by jury, as the accused have already been implicitly or explicitly declared guilty by association or something as nebulous as “web history.”

In effect, such incidents, as they are portrayed in the media for psychological conditioning purposes, are intended for the desired effect of causing the public mind to dismiss outdated notions of trial by jury and rule of law for fiat corporate news and government “officials” pronouncements and the acceptance of self-policing and vague terms such as being “radicalized,” which are subject to the elastic definitions of the social engineering establishment.”

If you recall during Sandy Hook, mainstream correspondents were feverishly working to sell the public on the latest tragic shooting in America. Not since Columbine had the corporate media been so fixated on an apparent tragic shooting, pushing the fear and death of it all on a 24/7 loop, offering very little in terms of motive or actual evidence of a crime.

Then it was revealed that in November of 2012, old gun-ban legislation was rewritten just prior to the Sandy Hook shooting incident.

The timing of the Sandy Hook shooting was an odd coincidence, considering that there was such a strong push to rewrite gun laws prior to the events of that day in Newtown.

Also during Sandy Hook, we were led to believe that the alleged shooting was carried out by that of a deranged lone gunman, only after reports had initially stated there was  a second shooter on several CBS and ABC affiliates. This was a gunman, Adam Lanza, that had no real motive, a gunman who had an aversion to shooting, so we were told at the time – and a gunman who was believed by some to have a different identity.

Following the heavy media barrage surrounding the Sandy Hook shooting, it was revealed that their were many anomalies associated with the apparent crime, as critics have suggested that some people in Sandy Hook resembled professional “crisis actors.“

We are also meant to believe that one young movie goer, known on Facebook as ‘Lily’, posted out this theatrical video to her friends on social media – as she is said to be fleeing from the scene just after the shooting. Says Wenona Deitenbeck: “This is our daughter Lauren‘s friend Lily… She recorded this as they were getting to her parent’s car… — at The Grand 16 – Lafayette.”

In an article entitled,”Where Have All the Crisis Actors Gone?“, written by Professor James Tracy, we see a clear connection between forms of social media and law enforcement when coordinating an ‘active-shooter’ event about to go live. Here’s an excerpt below:

“Yet there may be much more to the Visionbox Crisis Actors project reverberating through the flurry of alleged shooting incidents taking place since the early 2010s. For example, Visionbox is proficient in using social media such as Facebook and Twitter to “broadcast” a catastrophic event to both participant “actors” and the public at large. In addition, the theatric entourage/ is also knowledgeable at “crowdsourcing,”or monitoring how an event is relayed and interpreted through the body politic via Facebook, Twitter, and so on.”

“In December 2012 Visionbox Crisis Actors produced a detailed 73-page syllabus, “Social Media in Emergency Management,” an instructional class foregrounding the central role of social media to coordinate and convey a catastrophic event.”

Some researchers such as Dutchsinse, have also claimed that featured with media following the Lafayette theater shooting, might be professional actors, with a background in media and marketing.

Acadian Ambulance, EMS Drills & Medical Funding

Over the years, we’ve seen a growing number of multi-agency  ‘active shooter’ drills suspiciously connected in the aftermath of a shooting.

Was this also the case with Lafayette?

It does appear that Lafayette has taken strides to include preparation for an active shooting event through EMS. In January of 2015, The Reading Eagle reported the following:

“Lafayette Ambulance & Rescue Squad in Montgomery County is one of just a handful of agencies in the state that has equipped each ambulance with protective ballistic gear. The nonprofit organization, which serves Upper Merion Township and the surrounding areas, went operational in May with tactical emergency casualty care.

“It’s still a novel idea,” said Capt. Chris McLeod of Lafayette Ambulance. “I guess only 10 percent are doing it in the country.”The equipment and specialty medical gear cost roughly $17,000, McLeod said.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency recommended protective vests and helmets for fire and EMS teams in the wake of recent cases involving mass casualties such as the Sandy Hook school shooting in Connecticut and the Boston Marathon bombing.”

Acadian Ambulance is said to have transported nine people to three area hospitals in the aftermath of the Lafayette theater shooting.

Randall Mann on CNN recounting his amazing coincidence.

Rather strangely, the company’s vice president of marketing for Personal Emergency Response Devices, among other sales roles arrived on the scene. Acadian’s Randall Mann, rushed to the theater after being notified that his daughter Emily Mann had been inside the screening where the shooting occurred. It turns out that she just happened to be sitting in the same row as the alleged shooter John Houser.

Twelve ambulances arrived between 6-7 minutes of getting the call to go the Grand Theater.

What are the chances multiple people at the scene would have an Acadian Ambulance connection and what are we to make of such an uncanny response time?

Additionally, what are the chances that a main eyewitness (Emily Mann) to the shooting would be linked to Acadian Ambulance?

Another telling connection could be that of The National EMS Academy, which is a division of Acadian, who provides “real-life simulation” of emergencies for EMS trainees.

‘Stage-Managed’ – Just a couple of hours after the attack Lafayette CAO weighs in on the theater shooting in an administrative fashion. Interestingly, one of Dee Stanely’s political donors was Acadian Ambulance. (Photo thehayride)

While some may still chalk up Acadian connections nothing more than a coincidence, we have to consider a few facts about the private company first – in particular the financial component.

According to Wikipedia:

“Acadian Ambulance is an ambulance service that covers most of the state of Louisiana, parts of Texas, and one county in Mississippi. In 1995 it was recognized as the largest privately owned ambulance service in the United States. Today the company responds to emergency and non-emergency calls in Louisiana, Southeast Texas, Central Texas, North Texas and parts of Mississippi.

Headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, Acadian Ambulance maintains a fleet of more than 400 ground ambulances, as well as eightmedical transport helicopters and five fixed-wing aircraft that provide aerial transport to medical facilities.”

In addition to emergency medical services, Acadian offers an aircraft charter service, a personal medical alarm service, fire and burglar alarm service, industrial medical personnel, fire and safety technicians, and medical and industrial training, as well as billing software.”

Acadian Ambulance has seen an enormous amount of payouts over negligence in recent years. During Hurricane Katrina, the ambulance company was hired to evacuate “Special Needs” patients, an agreed to settle to an undisclosed after the private company never arrived before the storm surge.

In 2010, a pregnant woman was severely injured in an accident while riding in the back of an Acadian Ambulance. She was awarded a $117 million verdict for the crash.

There were other class action lawsuits that resulted in Acadian payouts of both $5.9 million and $17 million. Additionally, there were other lawsuits resulting in an undisclosed settlement.

Medical funding and paramedics have been in short supply since the start of the year and the creation of Baton Rogue General has put a financial strain on Acadian as reported by the Advocate:

“Baton Rouge General’s ambulance service, which started in January, is being used only to transfer patients between its midcity location on Florida Boulevard and its Bluebonnet Boulevard hospital, not to respond to emergency calls.

Still, ambulances have to be staffed with paramedics and Baton Rouge General has been busy scooping them up — something that has had an impact on the privately held Acadian Ambulance Service.

Justin Cox, operations manager at Acadian Ambulance, said the company has lost several paramedics to Baton Rouge General. He declined to release specific numbers on how many but said Acadian Ambulance employs more than 100 paramedics in the Baton Rouge area, which includes seven parishes.”

What’s behind the Acadian Ambulance connection and the event in Lafayette?

Also, what sort of other monetary contributions will be made in the aftermath of the Lafayette shooting?

If you remember, shortly after the polarizing shooting involving lone gunman Dylan Roof in Charleston, “The Justice Department will fast track the sending of $29 million to Charleston, South Carolina to help families of victims of the mass murder of nine churchgoers,” according to Reuters.

Lafayette: A Healthcare and EMS PR Event

One of the more disturbing aspects of the Lafayette Shooting was how quickly all of the large press conferences were produced, and the canned talking points which came of them with what appeared to be only 24 hours after the shooting. To the casual observer, you’d think that they had been planning the disaster for months.

Lights, camera, ACTION! Within a few hours of the shooting, Louisiana Governor Piyush “Bobby” Jindal with jacket off, and posing with the usual cast of “first responders”.

David Callecod: seized the opportunity to plead for more funds to service the nation’s “mental health crisis.”

Dr. Foster Kordisch: ‘Everything went so smoothly thanks to our state-of-the-art trauma center’.

FBI PR man Ron Hosko: ‘Lafayette was a success’, because of, ‘our federally-funded training program’.

The 48 hours after the shooting was an endless media parade, with a queue of people lining-up to announce “hope well our crisis management program worked”. It’s all just a bit too fast, and maybe a little too slick. Perhaps this sort of media grandstanding is just normal for this new class of active shooter ‘first responder’ reality TV celebrity class.

Still,  one gets the distinct impression that they are more concerned with promoting their business or soliciting funding - before the blood has even dried on the pavement.

Political Theater & ‘The Daily Shooter’

One day after the Lafayette shooting The Washington Post published an article listing the apparent number of mass shootings in America. According to the ‘Mass Shooting Tracker’ the definition of a mass-shooting event has changed to include a larger number of shootings. There is no doubt this new way of looking at the statistics, will invoke a more emotionally charged response for maximum effect:

“The Mass Shooting Tracker, a crowd-sourced project of the anti-gun folks at the Guns Are Cool subreddit, lists 203 mass shooting events so far in 2015. Add in the shooting at a Louisiana movie theater last night and you get 204. Incidentally, yesterday was the 204th day of the year.”

What’s interesting here is that the folks at Mass Shooting Tracker and Guns Are Cool, won’t discuss the highly illegal gun running program that took place under the moniker ‘Operation Fast & Furious‘ something which the DOJ and the current administration have yet to be fully transparent about.

Just yesterday, the bizarre cartoon shooting in Garland now appears to be linked to Operation Fast & Furious – even though Pam Gellar and others have been busy redirecting the public with a vague ISIS-fear meme.

Here an excerpt from NY Daily News discussing the unlikely Garland Shooting and Operation Fast & Furious:

“Nadir Soofi bought a 9-mm pistol at a Phoenix gun shop in 2010, one report said, that sold illegal firearms through ATF’s heavily criticized Operation Fast and Furious to track firearms back to Mexican drug cartels.”

One wonders if this new development will continue to reveal the involvement of government agencies with Operation Fast & Furious.

In an effort to further polarize the public, following the Lafayette shooting, BBC’s North America Editor Jon Sopel had a revealing conversation with the US president. The conversation included a discussion about East Africa, trade deals and a host of other global topics.

However, perhaps the most glaring portion of Obama’s ‘legacy’ interview was his inability to change gun laws during the course of his presidency. Here is an excerpt from the BBC interview:

“You mentioned the issue of guns, that is an area where if you ask me where has been the one area where I feel that I’ve been most frustrated and most stymied it is the fact that the United States of America is the one advanced nation on earth in which we do not have sufficient common-sense, gun-safety laws. Even in the face of repeated mass killings.”

Here’s a clip from President Obama’s ‘legacy’ interview with with the BCC, we he discusses his frustration with ‘gun control in America’ – amazingly, only a few hours before the shooting in Lafayette…

The timing of the interview was uncanny, as was Obama’s final statement, which also happened to be about gun control in America. The grand finale in the BBC interview, US president openly admits that gun legislation, “is not something that I intend to stop working on in the remaining 18 months.“

In a bizarre coincidence following this latest string of theatrical attacks in America, there is a OKC trial was concluding as reported by Salt Lake FOX13:

On July 31st, “a trial over documents and videotape the FBI had from the 1995 bombing that killed 168 ended on Thursday, the man suing the federal government claimed one of his witnesses had been told not to show up — or else.”

Continuing:

“Jesse Trentadue said John Matthews, whom he claimed worked as an undercover government operative in the militia movement in the 1990s, had been contacted by an FBI agent and told “it would be best if he didn’t show up to testify.”

“He was told he should take a vacation and that if he did testify he should suffer from a case of the ‘I don’t remembers,’” Trentadue told U.S. District Court Judge Clark Waddoups.

“Trentadue told FOX 13 that Matthews had known convicted bomber Timothy McVeigh and worked for the government in an operation targeting the patriot militia movement known as “PATCON.”

One should also question the the nature of the SPLC’s involvement in all of this, as they were said to have tracked Houser due to his views since 2005.

We now seemingly live in a world where mystery messages, comments and manifestos are now touted as clear evidence of extremism and radicalization, creating subliminal a trap door of precrime – something which can easily be ‘grafted’ onto a person should the situation arise.

While Houser appears to have a history of mental illness, the lack of motive and clear evidence in the Lafayette shooting having many asking questions…
