Totally I am in IT industry for 17 years, last 7 years I have been managing large-scale projects and programs, been involved in PMO management, been implementing and owning software development processes, running dedicated development locations.
I have significant experience working in large international companies with mature (CMMI Level 5) processes, working with government customers, in product-oriented company with strict matrix structure, have valuable experience in organizing 24/7 support (1st and 2nd lines).
