JOB DESCRIPTION

Update database on the relevant employment acts and regulations, legal requirements and prevailing industry/market and ethical standards.

Together with the superiors, update job descriptions for new positions or job scope changes to existing position.

Prepare monthly reports/listing such as resignation, promotion, upgrading, work permit/employment pass renewal, manpower status, and other date required by the management.

Liaise with the relevant ministries and agencies to process work permit/ employment pass renewal/ cancellation, repatriation, health screening, foreign worker levy.

Assists HR Manager in formalizing, implementing and updating the HRIS, policies and practices.

Coordinate with departmental heads on performance appraisals of employees, and collate the appraisal results for salary reviews.

Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.

HSSE Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage the HSSE department ensuring the system meets or exceeds customers, corporate and internal requirements within the ISO 9001 & OSHAS 18001.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

To spearhead the preparation of site HSSE documentation and reporting.

To conduct HIRARC.

To support HSSE deliverable during the tender stage and execution of project.

To advise the Project Lead in the implementation and auditing of HSSE plans and process.

Maintaining safety education awareness level and conducting site induction training.

Contributing to the ongoing development of HSSE procedures and systems.

Experienced in Oil and Gas construction and EPC/EPCI/EPCC type project, preferably with on shore experience.

Willing to travel and be temporarily relocated to various places.

HSSE Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION

Support HSSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Provide support to project and operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

Support HSSE Manager in ensuring HSSE compliance project requirement and perform regular HSSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.

Assists in the development of project specific HSSE procedures.

Conduct HSSE trainings and safety induction to all new employees.

Ensure all worksites are HSSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.

Maintain the documentation and update into HSSE portal.

Requirements:

Material Controller
JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the entire operation on the material movement from the point of receipt, storage to issuance.

Assists the site operation to ensure that the storage of the materials is properly secured.

Check materials for damage, etc before endorsing on receipt. To raise the necessary reports in the event of material shortages/excess material or damaged.

Ensure materials are issued in accordance with specifications stated on drawings.

Regular update on the material inventory and ensure the excess materials are reconciled at the end of the project.

Monitor subcontractors’ handling and utilization of materials.

Submit Material Request and Issue Slip (MRI) to clients Field Discipline Engineer for signature.

Submit to Clients Material Controller for checking and preparation.

Ensure materials indicated in material list for each drawings are adequate for construction.

Requirements:

Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.

Min 1 years working experience in the related field.

Piping Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist the Site In-charge in mapping out detailed work plans, activities and tasks for the engineering projects :

Plan and schedule daily work according to Projects Master Plan and Schedule (3 or 6 weeks look ahead schedule).

Establish manpower and equipment to execute work.

Monitor and inspect piping activities, ensure activities are carried out to correct drawings and follow-up on progress.

Coordinate with other discipline where applicable.

To liaise closely with clients piping supervisor regarding piping activities, progress and status.

Ensure that sub-contractors carry out the work as planned and in accordance to the specifications in the isometrics drawings and drawn-up punch lists.

Check that test plans are rationalized and ensure that documentation is in order so that hydro tests can proceed as planned.

Ensure that electrode control procedure is compiled and correct welding procedure is in place.

Monitoring piping works and feedback information into system: ISOMAN.

Assists Site In-Charge in manpower control, monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or its equivalent

Min 3 years working experience in the related field.

Project Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist the Site In-charge in mapping out detailed work plans, activities and tasks for the engineering projects :-

Assists in proposal preparation for new project tenders.

Plan schedule & monitor daily progress of activities.

Assist in project execution in accordance to clients requirements and specifications.

Prepare engineering documents, such as work instructions and progress reports/data hand-over status.

Calculate usage of resources, such as labor hours, materials and tools, and other costs to make comparison with budgets and report prognosis to the Site In-charge.

Understand and evaluate the project requirements and project plans, particularly, material schedule, equipment and labour loading.

Assist the Construction Superintendent in assigning task to work teams and recommend changes to the work teams if they are not suitable for the project.

Explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering instructions, coordination procedures, execution approach and activity priorities to the various work teams, and seeks contributions for further refinement.

Superintend that various work groups (including quality and safety personnel) are carrying out each tasks and test/inspection in accordance with specification and standards as per the contractual requirements.

Assist in resolving engineering issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support units and referring to the Construction Superintendent for guidance, if necessary.

Assist in the monitoring of construction materials, equipment and labour status, and report discrepancy (if any) to Site In-charge.

Prepare variation order/ change order for additional works, and monthly billing client.

Assist in sub-contractor (if any) performance assessments and make recommendations to Site In-charge regarding future sub-contractor qualifications.

Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by higher management

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent

Min 5 years working experience in the related field.

QA/QC Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage the Quality department ensuring the system meets or exceeds customers, corporate and internal requirements within the ISO 9001 & OSHAS 18001

As the Quality Management Representative (QMR), coordinate internal and external audits.

Prime contact with the customers on documentation and quality related issue.

Coordinating/ assisting in development of Quality requirements on subcontracts and Procurement packages(pre/post award)

Ensure activities are performed in conformance with the Quality Assurance Plan established for all project site.

Coordinate closely with the Engineering.

Spearhead the Quality Control department on technical support, workers& skill training and certification, IMS requirements, Quality test/ inspections and compliance with all safety requirements.

Ensure training and development of department personnel are planned and implemented.

Implement procedures and practices required by companys QMS and HSSE to ensure effective work is carried out and objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

AWS Inspector, CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 with 5 years experience.

Min 5 years working experience in the construction, petrochemical, oil and gas industry.

Strong leadership qualities.

Qc Inspector
JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that materials used are within the specification of client.

Enforce welding standard and ensure weldment meets design requirements.

Conduct visual inpection of weldment.

Review fabrication spool drawing.

To coordinate and arrange for Non Destructive Examination(NDE) when required:

RT, PT, DPT, PWHT, MT, LT, Hydrotest, Air Test.

Perform line checking on pipes and punch listing on lines.

Keep and update all the Welding Procedure Specification(WPS) and Procedure Quality Record(PQR) and Welder Qualification Test(WQT) used in relation to the project.

Keep and update all welding joint record, inspection records & non-destructive testing records.

Keep and update all Non Conformance Report (NCR), Corrective Action Report (CAR), calibration status report of measuring and test equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

ASNT Level 2 in VI, PT, MT and RI.

Min 2 years working experience in the construction, petrochemical, oil and gas industry.

Good technical competence
