Job Purpose
Develop design deliverables such as specifications, datasheets, design, calculations, reports, documentation and other related items to meet the requirements of the project.

Key Accountabilities

Perform detailed design engineering.

Senior Engineer - Instrumentation- Application deadline: 30.9.2014

Job Purpose
Lead and develop instrumentation deliverables such as specifications, datasheets, design, calculations, reports, documentation and other insturmentation related items to meet the requirements of the project.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for delivering instrumentation design engineering work efficiently and in a timely manner during proposal and project delivery stage

Lead and develop instrumentation design, participate in design review, HAZID/HAZOP, SIL classification & implementation studies

Preparing technical and commercial proposal for instrumentation related tender

Provide data sheet to Procurement, prepare bid tabulation and conduct evaluation on vendors’ quotationLiaise with other disciplines and departments to optimize areas of interface, during design development, review and checking processes

Manage and guide engineers & designers on engineering tasks

Assist in construction phase by providing supervision at the construction site (on project basis)

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences

Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering background

Minimum 10 years experiences with at least 3 years of engineering design experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries

Experienced in handling rejuvenation and revamp project

Familiar with international codes and standard (especially IEC, ISA, etc.)

Ability to lead, work in team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experienced in Instrument installation or commissioning

Senior Engineer - Process- Application deadline: 30.9.2014

Job Purpose

Develop process deliverables such as specifications, datasheets, design, calculations, reports, documentation and other process related items to meet the requirements of the project and codes and standards pertaining to the project

Key Accountbilities

Development of process design for the EPC projects undertaken by the company in oil terminals, process equipment skids, oil & gas plants revamp and debottlenecking.

Producing basic and detail design deliverables such as PFD, UFD, P & ID, process data sheet, performing NPSH / hydraulic calculations, equipment & line sizing, surge analysis and etc..

Manage, lead and participate in HAZOP studies.

Performing material balance and heat balance studies.

Prepare material selection diagrams and establish requirements for any chemicals, solvents and catalysts.

Perform relief valve sizing, control valve sizing and popping philosophies.

Prepare equipment and line list; review various equipment and instrument data sheet.

Interface and coordinate with other disciplines for design developments.

Develop pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, performance test procedures and operation manual.

Lead the process design team and develop the junior engineer’s capability and capacity.

Progress reporting and management of design schedule

Degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum of 8 years design experience for process system in oil & gas environment

Proficient in preparing process schemes / process flow diagrams / FEED and process descriptions.

Familiar with respective code of practices for process designs such as ANSI, API, DEP / PTS

Experience in using process design software such as FLARENET, FLARESIM, HYSIS is a plus.

Posses a good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Engineer - Project (PACSB)- Application deadline: 31.8.2014

Key Accountabilities

To review and identify engineering design, drawing, requirement, submission to ensure compliance to project requirement

To liaise with fabricator to ensure material delivery and fabrication works are completed on time

To involve in technical evaluation from bidding stage until award stage to ensure all necessary materials are purchased

To prepare PR, RFQ, ITB and subcontracting work packages for procurement so that all material ordering process are completed and does not impact delivery dates to the site

To participate and to support in commissioning works and final document compilation for project completion

To monitor and report progress in the areas of engineering and material delivery

To identify and to highlight critical delays and propose logical mitigation plans to the supervisor

To report to the senior project coordinator and support project execution to minimise project challenges/issues to ensure minimal impact on project delivery timeline

Officer - HSE- Application deadline: 31.8.2014

Job Purpose
Conduct planned audit, review job safety and implement HSE initiatives in line with the direction set by the site HSE Manager.

Key Accountabilities

Review of JSA and PTW for allocated area of responsibility in order to ensure people carrying out the work adhere to the guideline before signing off

Investigate the root cause of HSE complaints put forward by staff, contractors and clients and report the results to HSE Manager so as to ensure corrective actions are carried out as and when necessary

Conduct daily safety briefings, weekly toolbox meetings for allocated area of responsibility and document toolbox meeting so as to adhere to safety standards

Carry out induction training for all new employees and sub-contractors as per the company’s requirement

Report and notify the relevant parties for all occurrence of accidents or incidents in line with HSEMS within required timeframe

Conduct and complete all accidents/incidents investigated in accordance with HSEMS and within required time frame

Carry out weekly HSE Inspection and submit Inspection reports to HSE Manager in a timely manner

Conduct all required training to all employees and HSRs in accordance with training plan for competency development

Carry out hazard identification for lines on new plants items or equipment prior to delivery and ensure all existing lines or piece of plant are audited annually or as and when required for safety measures.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

Job Purpose
Lead, guide and manage Finance & Accounts team on day to day finance, procurement & admin related matters

Key Accountabilities
•Lead the finance team to manage the day-to-day operations and perform management accounting activities including preparation of financial accounts & cash flow planning, performance reviews, budgeting, credit controls etc

Key Accountabilities

Establish, maintain and administer the implementation of the Risk Management Framework, policy and processes across the Group's businesses and operations

Job Purpose
Conduct planned audit, review job safety and implement HSE initiatives in line with the direction set by the site HSE Manager.

Key Accountabilities

Work with management to create HSE goals, priorities and key performance measures.

Assist in implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employees and department safety.

Creates incident reports, and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of

HSE.

Interacts with services providers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations.

Assists in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statics.

Assists management to develop procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements.

Develop HSE training packages. Schedule/coordinate and conduct site training.

Conduct New Hire Orientation monthly or as needed.

Provide guidance and training to supervisors on HSE programs, safety systems, incident reporting and investigations procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in health, safety, environment, engineering or relevant subject is required.

Have experience in developing ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Management System

Should have at least 5 years of work experience in health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.

At least having 3 years experience in handling offshore project or in an oil and gas industries.

Thorough understanding of regulations and regulatory process and strong analytical skills required.
