Facial Rejuvenation Treatments
Luxe Skin provides facial wrinkle reduction treatments at 1smile clinics. It is run by Dr Usman Qureshi (MBChB DRCOG MRCGP) who carries out all the treatments personally. He gained his cosmetic training from Innomed who are recognised and recommended by the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors. Dr. Qureshi is fully registered with the General Medical Council and is a member of the Association of Scottish Aesthetic Practitioners.
Initial consultation is free and all clients are invited for a complementary review two weeks after the treatment to ensure they are happy with the results. The following treatments are available.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections:
Wrinkle reduction injections are used to soften worry lines on forehead, frown lines between eyebrows and crow’s feet around eyes. A purified protein is injected into the skin allowing the muscles to relax and hibernate. This softens wrinkles for three to six months or longer with regular treatments. The effect on the muscles is always temporary. This is a major advantage over surgical facelift. So if you are not happy with the results, you can start over or try different treatments to get the look you want.
Price includes the initial consultation, a review in two weeks and a top up injection if needed at that time.

Dermal Fillers:
Restylane and Juvederm contain Hyaluronic Acid which is a substance naturally found in skin. They add volume to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles. The effects last for six to nine months or longer with regular treatments. You have the advantage of changing the next treatment to get the look you want. Dermal fillers are used to treat the following lines:
Nasolabial folds – smile lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth
Marionette lines – long vertical lines extending from the corners of the mouth down to the chin
Lip commissure lines – lines at the corners of the mouth where the upper and lower lips meet
Lip contour – fillers are used in lip borders to enhance lip definition
