Peoria Police report shots were fired from a moving car in South Peoria.
Officers responded to the Proctor Center at 309 DuSable at 9:55 a.m. Thursday.
It was learned shots were fired from a suspect vehicle toward a pedestrian. The vehicle had left the scene before officers arrived.
Police say no one is in custody and there was no victim.
The investigation continues.
