Sign-up

We now offer a fully automated and friendly sign-up process. With this process you will be up and running in less then 30 minutes.

Customer Portal

The new customer portal includes following functionality:

a new modern design with flexible CSS and content section;

multi-return types: Commercial and Warranty;

anonymous or user account;

dealer (B2B) or end-user (B2C) account control;

multi-return-authorization: Direct or approval.

Merchant Portal

The new merchant portal includes following functionality:

a new modern design;

multiple agent accounts and roles;

dealer (B2B) accounts and roles;

end-user (B2C) accounts and roles;

multiple dealer and end-user return addresses;

return authorization (RMA);

return registration by the agent;

account settings;

return overview;

return processing;

return statistics;

reports (download);

advanced process settings (approval, multi-order return, attributes and conditions).

Dynamic Routing

We currently support returns from all western-European countries. Furthermore we support returns from Australia.

Default the “Self Postage” return option is activated. The customer will receive a unique numbered return label with self postage instruction.

Kiala: The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain (drop-off)

Bpost: Belgium (drop-off)

Collect+: UK (drop-off)

UPS: Europe (drop-off and pick-up)

TNT Express: Europe (pick-up)
