Fans bringing new toys or new children’s' books to the Delray Beach Tennis Center will receive a complimentary general admission ticket to Saturday or Sunday's sessions. Sessions are scheduled from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The Tri-County Animal Shelter will present a "Bow to Wow" program during Pro-Celebrity Tennis on Saturday and Sunday in hopes of arranging adoptions for six lucky canines. Three dogs will be chosen each day to receive "makeovers" by an on-site mobile groomer. Then, between matches, the pampered pets will be escorted to center court by the event's celebrities to show off their new "do's" to a crowd of prospective owners.
ESPN will produce an hour-long highlight show of the event, with Sam Gore and Brad Gilbert handling announcing duties. The show will air Monday, January 20 at 2:00 am.
