In what was an overly dramatic (and some say in poor taste) moment, Kelly Ripa returned to Live With Kelly & Michael today.
Warning there were probably "trained professional snipers with tranquilizer darts in case I drift too far off message," Kelly Ripa proclaimed "our long national nightmare is over.”
I’m sure her people have told her about President Obama approving 250 Special Ops troops to hit the ground in Syria to combat the spread of ISIS, but Kelly wants us all to keep in mind what really threatens our country: The future of segments like “Piglets Predict the Super Bowl”.
Whether it was a stunt or real anger, Kelly recently bolted for a few days after co-host Michael Strahan announced he’s leaving Live for Good Morning America.
”I really needed a couple of days to gather my thoughts," she said, and that it helped her avoid saying "something I might regret. The best thing to come out of all of this is that our parent company has assured me that Live is a priority."
