BRAINIAC FEMINISTS are doing the most idiotic thing you could think of in response to the words of Senator Mitch McConnell. They’re promoting a phrase used by McConnell in his statement on Liz Warren’s obnoxious behavior on the floor of the Senate. Warren was told not to read a letter by Coretta Scott King but did so anyway. She “persisted” in her effort to try and make Senator Jeff Sessions look like a racist.

McConnell described what she did:

“She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted,” he said, enraging feminists who saw this as an act of sexism.

What she did was a violation of the rules so she was told to stop. This has NOTHING TO DO with sexism but has everything to do with breaking the Congressional rules. After all the rules should apply to EVERYONE…Right?

Feminists picked up on this phrase and are using it to sell t-shirts. what’s more disturbing is that women are getting a tattoo using a phrase from McConnell:

Nothing says “I’m a moron” more than getting a tattoo BUT getting a tattoo with words from someone you detest is even more moronic…

The phrase “nevertheless, she persisted” has become a rallying cry for activist feminists who believe that the Trump administration is a manifestation of patriarchal sexism. It comes from the outrage generated when Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) was told she was in violation of Congressional rules and told to sit down after she impugned the reputation of fellow Senator Jeff Sessions (R-S.C.).

Senator Mitch McConnell explained that Sen. Warren had been warned against reading a letter by Coretta Scott King that accused Sessions of abusing his power to intimidate black people from voting in 1986.

“She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted,” he said, enraging feminists who saw this as an act of sexism.

IT WAS NOT SEXISM BUT SIMPLY BREAKING THE RULES…THE RULES APPLY TO EVERYONE! GET OVER YOURSELF!
