Feedreader 3.08 on Softpedia?

Just stumbled upon the Feedreader website in search of a good feed reader (go figure)

Something odd that I noticed was that on the download page it's noted that the current version is 3.07, but the mirror link to softpedia is to a download for a supposed version 3.08.

At the time of download I hadn't noticed it, so I have the supposed version 3.08 currently installed. I installed version 3.07 from fileforum to see the difference, and the only one I noticed was that the installer has an option for optimizing for use on mobile drives. Is this a mislabelled beta or something else?

Whoops, for some reason I missed over the 3.08 dev release, which I'm guessing is what this is. Although I guess it's not an official release, so Softpedia has jumped the gun?

Yes, this is exactly that it is :(. 3.07 is still the stable version. 3.08 dev release in our server is quite ok but 3.08 in softpedia is not that good.
