gds32.dll not helped by forum search results

Hello - I am trying to install FeedReader on a friend's computer from the latest on this website here.

Her computer installs it but then when I try to start it it says it cannot find "gds32.dll" and refuses to continue.

When I looked, I don't appear to have that file on my computer either, even though I've been using FeedReader for years just fine.

How can I get FeedReader installed and running?

Go to

http://www.firebirdsql.org/index.php?op=files&id=engine_212

and download file:

Firebird-2.1.2.18118-0_Win32_embed.zip

from there. unpack this file to feedreader folder. Also delete fbclient.dll and rename fbembeded.dll to fbclient.dll.

After this application should run.
