I would love for FeedReader to put downloaded enclosures into seperate folders, rather than grouped all together into one. So, instead of:
c:/feedreader/downloads
it would (based on feed name):
c:/feedreader/downloads/feed1
c:/feedreader/downloads/feed2
c:/feedreader/downloads/feed3
I download a lot of MP3s for later listen on a player, but I don't always want to go through everything downloaded by hand. One day I might only want to listen to feed2, next day feed3, and so on.

Custom commands
It can also be helpful to be able to configure custom commands to run on the enclosures other than the default OS open.
