When archiving feeds, odds are that after a few months (years), embedded images will be deleted from the server and you will get a red cross inside a rectangle when opened in Feedreader.

So for archived articles, could you download the embedded pictures to the local database on the PC, and not use the link to the image? So as to avoid dead links.
