I have also seen this a number of times.
Also if Feedread already is open but in background. The error is displayed when i swithces to FeedReader with ALt+Tab
If I click OK the the error and switches with ALt+Tab to another program and back the error is displayed again.
Closing FeedRead F10 and restarting it helped.
How easily it's possible to regenerate this error? If it's possible we can send you special exe with debugging facilities to help get the error place.
Also - does the error occur then Feed management is active or it's the default view (folders/feeds/filters) where the error appears.

The 'feed index out of bounds' error happens after renaming a feed (done by right clicking the name of the feed)
I must see, I did not see the error for a long time. I have been working with a beta 4 database and imported feeds from the previous version. May be this has something to do with the error?
