I like to keep feedreader open while I'm working so it can collect updates and I can switch to it throughout the day to read a few posts at a time. The system tray icon lights up when new posts come in, which is distracting. I try to ignore it until I'm ready to read them, but I usually have to switch to it and open a post so it'll go back to grey and I can go back to work without feeling like I have to check it. (I already have 'display notificatons' turned off)

It'd be nice if there was an option to not have the system tray icon at all (I've never really liked it when normal applications think they need a system tray icon), or at least the ability to stop it from switching colors when new feeds come in. I'm sure some people like having it there and having it update, but I find it distracting, so it'd be nice if we could choose which way it would behave.

Other than that I love Feedreader. I went through several others and was never happy because they were so slow and bloated. Feedreader is much faster and has a small footprint. Thanks for making such a great program :)
