I would like to see an option to be able to change default fonts. Like the size, format and color. I found the small workaround for the font size:

1. Close Feedreader.
2. Open Internet Explorer.
3. Select menus "View" then "Text Size".
4. and select which one you like, like "Larger".
5. Open Feedreader, and you should see bigger font.

I am developer my self, so I know this option is easy to implement.
